Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning: Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution.
• Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert guidance and support throughout the planning process.
• Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors, ensuring high-quality services and products for each event.
• Venue Selection: Assist clients in selecting the perfect venue, taking into consideration their needs and preferences.
• Design & Decor: Oversee the design and decor of event spaces, creating captivating and memorable environments.
• On-Site Management: Lead the execution of events on the day, managing staff, vendors, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in event management or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attributes: Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
